The new Terminal 6 development is moving forward with JFK Millennium Partners and its Design Build Team, AECOM Hunt, defining the scope of the $2 billion construction project and specifying the contracting opportunities available to qualified MWBE& SDVOB firms, with priority given to local business enterprises.

In brief, the new Terminal 6 is represented by a 1.2 million square foot terminal complex with critical supporting roadways, utilities, aircraft apron, 9 gate capacity, and ground transportation center. Construction is expected to continue through 2027.
