Improved GatewayJFK Shuttle - Update October 2022

We continue to improve service for riders of the GatewayJFK Shuttle. The Dollaride app now shows your real-time pick up & drop-off stop request and sends confirmation when a shuttle will arrive at your requested location.

We’ve also streamlined the stops for faster service to provide better, more efficient service.

STEPS for requesting rides:

1. Open Dollaride app

2. Request pick up & drop-off stop

3. Notifies nearest driver

4. Notifies rider when vehicle is 250 ft. away

5. Walk to your pick up stop

6. Pay via preferred method

7. Get digital ticket & show driver
