Join Councilmember Donovan Richards, GatewayJFK and the SpringJam Civic Association to get information and updates about ongoing and proposed infrastructure projects in the Off-Airport Cargo District and the Springfield Gardens area.

Representatives from NYC Department of Transportation (DOT), NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC) will be present to answer your questions about current and future construction projects that may impact your business or quality of life.
