GatewayJFK: New Executive Director

The newly hired Executive Director, Mr. James Johnson, began his duties on August 1, 2023, with a more formal announcement expected in September. Barbara J. Cohen, Interim Executive Director, will no longer function in that role, but will be continue as a consultant to assist in the transition. Special thanks to Barbara for her professionalism and dedication to GatewayJFK since its inception. Congratulations to all! 

GatewayJFK’s growth towards broader recognition and stronger advocacy is the challenge ahead. The commitment of the new Board, new Executive Director, and all District members, working together with GatewayJFK’s partners will be the foundation for success.
